It is crucial that business owners, industry organizations and community groups participate in the study’s process and contribute to the study’s findings.
Public participation is an important element of the Disparity Study. We hosted public information meetings in the beginning of the month of June, 2017. You may download the presentation by clicking here.

Stakeholder Groups Interviews
CHA will conduct group interviews of stakeholders, such as minority and women business groups, trade organizations, chambers of commerce, community groups and other interested organizations. These important sessions will provide an opportunity to relate your members’ experiences doing business with the State of Washington and its prime vendors. Your insight and experiences will help to identify potential improvements, increase collaboration and promote economic growth for all elements of our community.
Business Owner Interviews
CHA will conduct group interviews for business owners around the State. Business owners can provide critical insights into doing business with the State and its prime vendors, the effectiveness of the State’s current contracting and equity initiatives, and make suggestions for creative approaches to level the public contracting playing field.
